Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of www.handymanservicespta.co.za ("the website"). By using the website or sending an enquiry, you accept them.
1. Who runs this website
The website is owned and managed by Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Nolimit"). Handyman & Renovations Pretoria is the name of the website, not the name of a contractor.
2. How the referral works
Nolimit operates the website and refers enquiries to independent contractors. Nolimit does not employ the contractors, perform any work, visit properties, give quotes, issue invoices or collect payment.
The contractor who receives your enquiry contacts you, assesses the work, provides a quote, performs the work, invoices you and collects payment. Any agreement for work is entered into directly between you and the contractor. Nolimit is not a party to that agreement, and no partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship exists between Nolimit and any contractor.
3. No obligation
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for work and does not oblige you to accept a quote. Nolimit does not guarantee that a contractor will be available for your area, job or dates.
4. Choosing and dealing with a contractor
You are responsible for deciding whether to use a contractor. Before accepting a quote we recommend that you ask for the quote and scope in writing, agree payment terms, and confirm any registration, compliance certificate, insurance or approval that applies to your job (for example electrical certificates of compliance, gas installation certificates, building plans approved by the City of Tshwane, or HOA or body corporate consent).
Questions or complaints about quotes, workmanship, materials, timing, invoices or payments must be taken up with the contractor. Any warranty or guarantee on work is given by the contractor, if at all, under your agreement with them.
5. Information on the website
The articles and guidance on the website are general information to help you plan work and brief a contractor. They are not professional, engineering, legal or safety advice for your property. Prices, availability and requirements differ from job to job. See the Disclaimer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Nolimit is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from work performed or not performed by a contractor, from any agreement between you and a contractor, or from reliance on general information on the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Acceptable use
Please send only genuine enquiries about work at a property you own, occupy or manage. Don't send spam, unlawful content, or someone else's personal information without their permission.
8. Content
The text, design and code of the website belong to Nolimit or its licensors. Images are used under licence and may not be copied.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nolimit may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
